Change in the Leadership of Synergie CZ&SK

Synergie is undergoing a change in the position of Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After many years in the role, Martin Huba has decided to conclude his managerial leadership of the recruitment agency.

“Martin has been one of the key pillars of the Synergie group for many years. I would like to express my sincere thanks for his work and for helping to build a stable foundation for our services in both countries. Beyond his professional achievements, Martin has been a true ambassador of Synergie’s values, fostering innovation and collaboration across borders,” said Arnaud Burnel, Zone Director, Eastern Europe Synergie.

Martin has been part of Synergie since 2007. Over the years, he advanced through several leadership levels and later became a partner of the company. Since 2018, he has led Synergie in both the Slovak and Czech markets. Under his leadership, the portfolio expanded to include personnel leasing, HR outsourcing, and modern recruitment solutions. He significantly contributed to digitalisation and innovation in HR, which enhanced the efficiency and quality of the services provided.

“I have spent a significant part of my professional life at Synergie. What I value the most are the people I had the opportunity to work with and the trust we built over the years. My thanks go to all colleagues and clients – it was a shared journey I will always look back on fondly,” Martin said.

Branislav Jančuška appointed as Managing Director CZ&SK from 1 December 2025

Branislav brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources. He has held senior managerial positions, led commercial and HR teams, and played a key role in strategy creation and the introduction of new services. In his practice, he connects HR expertise with strategic and business-oriented thinking. As a certified coach, he focuses on leadership development and supporting company growth.

His long-term professional focus includes building stable partnerships with companies, linking HR solutions to their business needs, and maintaining a strong emphasis on service quality.

“I see this as an opportunity to build on the strong foundations that have been created at Synergie over many years. My goal is to strengthen the consistency of services across Synergie and S&you in both markets, develop long-term partnerships built on trust and openness, and bring solutions that help companies grow,” said Branislav Jančuška upon assuming the role.

The leadership transition is proceeding smoothly.
