Expert HR breakfast in Ostrava

The shortage of qualified employees continues to affect the labour market. Many companies are therefore increasingly turning to foreign employees. However, this brings a number of questions – legislative, procedural, and strategic. How should recruitment be set up to ensure it is efficient, compliant, and sustainable in the long term?

These topics will also be discussed at the expert HR breakfast we are organising on 21 April 2026 in Ostrava in cooperation with the law firm PEYTON legal.

During the morning, we will focus on issues currently resonating across companies and HR departments:

  • the current situation on the labour market in the Czech Republic,
  • trends in labour law and their practical impact on employers,
  • the proper selection of foreign employees and the setup of cooperation,
  • the risks of illegal and disguised agency employment.

The discussion will provide specific answers and practical recommendations for companies that want to grow in a stable, transparent manner and without unnecessary risks. There will also be space for questions from practice and for sharing experience among participants.

If you are addressing the recruitment of foreign employees or want to ensure that your processes comply with current legislation, this meeting is designed specifically for you.

We will meet on 21 April 2026 at 8:00 a.m. at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Ostrava.

We look forward to meeting you.
