Position description

Do you speak fluent Czech / Slovak and English?
Do you have experience working as a TEAM Leader in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Customer Support?

In our SSC, we aim to enhance operational efficiency by providing support to multiple departments.
We are looking for a new colleague to lead a smaller team of SSC Specialists.

Managing a team of 10 specialists supporting various foreign countries
Placing and maintaining orders in an internal system
Communicating with our clients daily
Regular communication and cooperation with teams within the SSC
Taking part in improving existing processes

Requirements

Personal prerequisites and skills

English and the Czech or Slovak language at a very good communication level
Any of the other languages is a great advantage
Experience of leading a smaller team is a MUST HAVE
Knowledge of the customer service environment and SSC
