What will you be doing?

Most of our students work:

in logistics and warehouses (70%),
in manufacturing (20%),
in laundries and dry cleaners (5%),
or in gastronomy/services (5%).

Work is shift-based, sometimes including weekends or nights – nothing you couldn’t handle after exam season.

You won’t be alone

Our colleagues from Synergie Germany will support you from the administrative process to your first day at work. Throughout the entire season, you can rely on their help in getting oriented and solving any issues that come up.

We will provide accommodation that meets SYNERGIE standards (kitchen, bathroom, safety, etc.). If you’re coming as a couple or group, we can arrange shared housing for you.

In summer 2024, we employed 100 students from 6 countries. Average monthly hours? 191.3. Absenteeism? Almost zero. This shows that students are motivated, efficient, and highly valued by German employers.
