When the boldest plans turn into reality

The end of the year naturally invites reflection through numbers. We could write about how many positions we helped fill. We could highlight the prestigious awards we received or the new recruitment markets we opened in the Philippines. But when we look back at 2025, we don’t just see charts and statistics. We see faces. We see stories. And above all, we feel immense gratitude.

This year once again confirmed that business is built on people. And the greatest successes – ours and those of our clients – are built on something as fragile and at the same time as powerful as trust.

What we learned about partnership

The past year was not an easy one for companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Economic uncertainty, legislative changes and the constant battle for talent tested the resilience of many organizations. That is why we value even more the moments when it became clear that the relationship between a client and an agency can grow into a true partnership.

In 2025, we felt this more strongly than ever before. Clients came to us asking for advice on how to set their strategy, how to manage transformation, how to build teams for completely new projects – not just with a request to “fill an empty chair.”

Rapid recruitment for a British stairlift manufacturer

The client needed to staff a new operation with unstable shifts. The recruitment was completed successfully, and the first employees started within two weeks.
This project once again confirmed that we are here to have your back – no matter how brave your plans are.

International recruitment in Slovakia for an automotive group

One of the key milestones on the Slovak market was an international recruitment project for an automotive group. We placed more than 250 candidates from India and Nepal.
One of the most powerful moments of the year for us was when a group of employees from India personally thanked us. Not for “a job.” They thanked us for traveling to India at the very beginning, for giving them a chance, and for taking care of them even after their arrival. Their humble words reminded us that our work changes the lives of entire families.

Recruitment of top welders in the Philippines

2025 was also the year we opened the door to the Philippines.
We launched our first projects and established new partnerships that allow us to personally select candidates in the Philippines for a wide range of positions tailored to our clients’ needs.

SYNERGIE is writing a new chapter

The year 2025 also brought internal change. After many years at the helm, Martin Huba passed the baton on. His vision helped build SYNERGIE into the stable partner it is today.

As of December 1, 2025, we are writing a new chapter under the leadership of Branislav Jančuška, who brings new energy and more than 20 years of HR experience. This change symbolizes both continuity and the courage to innovate.
