What if the hiring process wasn’t just about choosing the right person?

But also about how we all feel along the way. Hiring an employee is not just a business transaction. It’s a meeting of two worlds – a company looking for someone, and a person looking for something more than just a job. And it’s often the “experience in between” that makes the difference. It can convince, motivate, or – quietly – discourage.
That’s why we at Synergie decided to start collecting feedback from candidates. We want to understand how they perceived the entire recruitment process. Whether they felt welcomed, heard, understood. Whether we gave them enough information.
Whether our collaboration made sense to them – or left questions unanswered.
This step is part of our effort to do things better. Feedback helps us identify what works and what needs improvement. It’s also our way of showing candidates that we truly care about their opinion.
We chose the platform Staffino for this – a tool well-versed in customer and employee experience. Thanks to it, we can quickly and effectively gather and analyze the insights of those who went through our process. And then act on them – with focus, clarity, and real impact.
What does it mean in practice?
A candidate who feels good throughout the process is more likely to accept an offer. A client working with an agency that monitors candidate satisfaction is more likely to gain not only a new team member but also their trust. And we – as the partner in between – have a better chance of moving forward. Not based on assumptions, but on facts.
We listen. We ask. And we change things when we see it makes a difference.
Because in the end, it’s not just about job offers. It’s about people. And how they feel working with us.
