Searching for suitable candidates

We specialize in filling positions with both skilled and unskilled workers for specific locations across Slovakia. Thanks to our experience and connections from various parts of the world, including Ukraine, Hungary, the Philippines, India, and Nepal, we are able to find suitable candidates for any position.

Employee selection

Once a candidate contacts us – or we reach out to them – a conversation follows, along with testing if required by the client. Our goal is to find the most suitable candidate for your job position. You can leave the entire selection process to us, or we can arrange personal interviews with shortlisted candidates at your location.

Onboarding

The temporary assignment service includes complete onboarding. Thanks to electronic contract signing, we ensure a fast and smooth onboarding process, including the arrangement of initial medical check-ups. Upon request, we can also assist with organizing the first working day. Throughout our cooperation, you’ll have a single point of contact who will handle all operational matters with you.

Payroll processing

We process the wages of temporarily assigned employees. You only need to provide attendance records, monthly bonuses, and any other documents required for payroll processing.
